Not only high-quality shoes are made at Gut Süßenbrunn, the headquarter of the Ludwig Reiter shoe manufactory. Honey has also been produced here since 2017: several bee colonies, cared by Josef Bacher, beekeeper and founder of the 'Wien summt.' organic beekeeping, live here. The hives house up to 50,000 bees per colony, which pollinate flowers and produce honey every year in the blooming castle park of Süßenbrunn. As a company, we have enormous respect for the creation of things that do not belong to us alone. With the bees we can see some parallels to our own values: efficiency, recyclability and long-lasting products.
